TSEL Partners completes purchasing round for Back End Assembly Line

TSEL Partners completed the purchasing of the assembly tools required for the manufacturing of completed IC devices to compliment the wafer fab tools supplied to a new wafer fab in Algeria. The line will allow the complete packaging of devices from the wafer fab.
Process transfer will commence in 2006 and first working devices are expected later in the year.
