TSEL Ship 2 more Lam Etch tools to European Customer

The 2 Lam etch tools have been shipped to a leading Logic device manufacturer in Europe. The tools are expected to go into production on the 200mm wafer line of this wafer fab in Q2 2007 after refurbishment in Europe.
