TSEL Supplies 200mm Wafer Particle Measurement Tool with support package to European Customer

TSEL Partners have recently received an order to supply a state of the art refurbished Wafer Particle Counter to a long term, strategic European Customer. The tool will be the 4th tool supplied to the acount in the last 3 years. Like the other tools supplied TSEL have arranged refurbishment, shipment, installation, start up and acceptance of this tool.

Acceptance is expected to be completed in June 2007
